this is something that i have wondered for a while but not really bothered to ask;
when participating in hilly races do you use equipment for mountains, flat (rouler), or a mixture of both (eg. 50/50)?
up to now i have been doing it 50/50 on mountains and flat (rouler), but just wanted to see if i was right to do so, or not. |

For me it depends on profile of the stage. Most important is end of the stages profile. |

So if there was a hill at the end/near the end, then you would go with more mountain suited equipment? |

I uses Look 585, Campa Bora wheels and Giro Atmos helmet on hilly stages |
