Problem with new equipment creation

Hi!

So, the last months i've beeing learned to do mailllots and now i can do on my own for my fantasy teams.

Right now, i want learn to do bicycles, helmets... but i don't know how to start and if a tutorial exists to do that.

So, what do you recomend me?

P.S.: sorry if you understand me so much but i'm spanish and my english is regular =S

There are no existing tutorials. This is how I do it:

First I determine which brand of bike, helmet, etc I want. Then I open the .DDS-files from that brand (from the PCM.daily Expansion Pack) and I edit it the way I want it.
Inactive due to personal reasons.
