I've bought PCM2013 this yesterday and have been trying to get it to work all day.
It installs just fine, activation works, so far, so good but when I launch the game, it crashes. It shows up at the processes tab of my task manager for about a minute or two, and then disappears without me entering the game.
I think it has to do with the game not being able to decide which Graphics card to use because I have both on-board AMD and a dedicated Radeon driver. It gave a message concerning Graphics Card but I haven't been able to find how to disable the on-board graphics.
In my device manager however, it only shows 1 graphics card, and that is the AMD Radeon HD 8470.
I'm running Windows 8.1, it also didnt work on Windows 8.0 (updated yesterday to see if it would fix the problem)
System tab:
Line Processor: AMD A4-5000 APU with Radeon HD Graphics Card
Line Memory: 8 GB
Display tab:
Line Name: AMD Radeon HD 8470
Audio tab: Realtek High Definition Audio

The Graphics auto-configuration was unable to identify your video card. Default settings were applied but these can be changed in the Options page. Overly optimistic settings may lead to poor game performance.
Point is, where do i find the settings if i cannot open the game.

The settings should be in an XML file somewhere in the PCM folder in "My documents".
But I guess that's not your main concern.
In case you have not noticed, this is not the official forum or the official support. It is recommended to contact the official support in case you have such an individual technical problem.
Have you tried reinstalling it?
When I first got PCM 2011 I had a similar problem and it worked after I reinstalled it.
It sounds simple but it does sometimes work.

Yeah Lachi, I'm already on e-mail contact with them, but i figured if it was a known problem then maybe someone already had a solution. Forums are a bit faster than email techsupport usually
I'm thinking i'll try some new stuff today.
A re install did not work. Im going to try and run it on 800x600 via the options.xml file, already tried windowed mode but to no avail.
Maybe another re-install without internet connection so the patch doesn't show, not sure if that is the problem.
