Unable to load a 3d race

I have just got the game from steam but also have it on disc, any time I press load 3d race the game crashes on the stream read loading section! It allows me to do everything else on the game apart from 3d race.
Is there anything anyone can do to help??

Does your computer fit the minimum requirements?
If so, try lowering your graphics

It fits the minimum requirements and I've already lowered the graphics but it makes no change

Try contacting the official support and/or upload the crash report
