Regen-file causing problems

Hey

I have the problem that no talents are being created by the game in the beginning in my career (so I suspect there won't be in any next seasons). When I look up the DYN_young_cyclist in my career it is empty.

What I've changed? The regen-file. I've added alot of names (mainly copied) so there's no TODO's. I'm sure there a problem there because when I try to open the file with excel it gives an error. It says the endlabel of default is not correct compared the the beginlabel rider (sorry for the literal translation). And that the problem is on line 111606.
Then if I open the file with notepad and copy/paste it into excel and look on line 111606 the problem should be here:
</default></ISL>
</gene_sz_firstname>
</regen>

Those are the 3 last lines of the file and the '</default></ISL>' line is line nr. 111606.

Any solutions?

Update
On the last line before the 3 lines mentioned in the previous post there was <rider> instead of </rider> and once I changed this excel was willing to open it so I guess this is solved.
