How to add a shirts to PCM

Anybody who knows how to add a shirt from the picture files.
Example: The new quick step jersey can only be found here as a picture file - Are there any guide on how to make it a TGA file which can replace the 2013 shirt in the folder?

If you're using PCM13, you don't need to convert it to .tga, because the game uses .png

For older PCMs, you can download Paint.net and convert to .tga

I uploaded a download link for the OPQS jersey, but as Pelli says, the game uses PNG files, and so are the download link for a PNG file Wink
