This years squad is really nice. Team has some big names, such as Purito , but also few talents that are expected to do a lot in next few years. As it's obvious, squad is full of Russians. It maybe sounds like a awful combination, but we have big amount of Spaniards aswell.
It's really all-around squad. From some great climbers and puncheurs to some cobblestones and sprinting specialists. With this team i expect to do alot in 2013. More about that in goals section below.
As a big team, we have few leaders. Exactly, 3 of them. If we have to choose one of these three, Purito would be chosen for Absolute Leader, since he has most experience and he definitely is one of best worlds Climbers and Puncheurs. But, we won't forgot Kristoff and Moreno aswell. They're 2 other Team Leaders.
 Joaquim Rodriguez (aged 32)
Ladies and gentleman , Purito! One of best riders in peloton, currently. Stage racer and puncheur in one man. Very experienced and able to do big stuff. This years targets will be Ardennes Classics, as well as Giro and Vuelta.
Daniel Moreno (aged 30)
A guy who reached his peak (and is still on it) later than most of guys in peloton. Same type of rider as Purito, great at both , stage races and hilly classics, but prefer classics more. Will focus on Ardennes Classics as well as on World Championships.
 Alexander Kristoff (aged 24)
Main sprinter , as well as cobblestone rider in our team. Still young and can become one of the greatest. Aims for TdF and possibly getting green jersey. His secondary goal is trying to get podium on one of Spring Classics.

Good luck admir. It's a good team with many nice riders, but one that also faces challenges in the future with key riders getting old and not too much russian talent around. Hopefully you will get Purito a Grand Tour win he so wishes for.

Jokink aside, Katusha is a very good choice, and Purito is one of my favourite riders, so good luck!

It's a little too much if I were to play it but not a big problem (see Sutty's calendar for his story). But why are there no .HC races?

For me it'd be too much to play every race but if you sim some 0f the stuff, I think you will have a nice pace and a good selection of races.
That sky in the Katusha pictures is just the worst.

547984 - I'll try to make it less , later tonight. And we decided to skip .HC races in first part of season and concentrate on UWT races and 1 day classics.
Shonak - Exactly. And yep, it's ugly but i wanted 3 similar pictures of them, so it's quite nice, actually.

Santos Tour Down Under - Preview
First UWT race of the 2013 year is about to start. As every year, Santos Tour takes place in Australia and it's 6 days long race.
From 6 stages , 3 of them are hilly and we're going to try something on these hills. Few really nice stages for GC fight ending with very well known Old Wilunga Hill at stage 5.
As for the startlist, quite strong field on this race, but leaders are always trying to skip this race, since it's early season and no need for 100% , although it's UWT race.
As for our team, we brought pretty solid squad here, but still not so bad. Our leader is Kolobnev and our main sprinter is Porsev. In case something bad happens to Kolobnev, we always have reserve. This time , it's experienced spaniard Losada.
And that's it for now. I have to go, first stage is about to start. See ya soon.
