The Goals:
Top 5 in the Tour de France.
Win Paris-Nice.
Top 3 Paris-Roubaix.
Finish the season as number 1 in the Cya Top Tour Team Rankings.
Transfer a good sprinter to replace Oscar Freire.
Get a strong climber to Co-Lead with Gesink, eg. Rujano, Van Den Broeck.
The Aim for the Future
My aim with this Rabobank Team is to try and dominate the Cya Top Tour. This will happen through bringing in strong experienced riders until I manage to build up world class young riders from around the world. If ever the sponsor decides not to sponsor the team any further then ideas will need to be changed, hopefully that will not happen.
At the moment I believe the team is strong all round and has young riders coming through which shall replace their older team mates.
For the Grand Tours my leaders will be Gesink, Mollema and Kruiswisk, with most focus being around Gesink and the Tour.
In flat stages and races I have Freire, Bos, Brown and Matthews. These 4 should be able to do well on the world stage.
In the Northern Classics I beieve we have one of the strongest teams in the world. The partnership of Matti Breschel and Lars Boom, supported by the experienced trio of Langeveld, Tjallingii and Wynants, and the young Tom Leezer, should be able to obtain podium finishes in the Classics.

Unfortunately I have some bad news. Something went wrong with the db and there are no helmets or bikes during the races.
I am testing a new db now but this thread is now closed.
Sorry for your inconvenience.
