How to ride trainings in pcm13?

I want to ride trainings with some riders,but i dont know how,and i see this at others

Training camps in 3D mode you mean? Like in stories?

You cannot. The people who do that just do it for show, you just select riders, and then you let them drop from the peloton so they look alone...

Unless you mean real training camps(just improving stats/fitness, but you can't see them riding or something like that). For that, you need to click 'team' and then 'training camp' in career mode.
