- How can you overwrite the sponsor wage limit ? Is connected with the sponsor reputation (Regional, National, International, Mythique) or is something else (another column) ?
- Why a rider is not interested in your team and how can you change that ? I want to sign a very good rider, but when I want to contact him, in the windows he says "Rider X really is not interested in your team". Is because I am not a UCI team, or because my sponsor is not International / Mythique ? It is also connected with the sponsor reputation ?
This game has an absolute limit which cannot be edited. But if you talk about the budget for the next season, this can be edited in DYN_team, the column is called value_i_sponsor_future. The formula can be found in this forum, but if you want to raise your budget, just add it to that number. If you want to raise the budget by 100k, then add 100 to that number.
Also there might be a limit based related to the actual wage sum. Raise the contracts of your actual riders if the wage limit is below the next years budget.
Regarding the rider: Why don't you just add him to your team? It is easier than editing a rider so that he wants to negotiate, then negoriate, and finally still don't get him.

I know that there is an absolut limit, like 7200000 per year and 600000 for wages. But my sponsor limited my wages for next year to 120000 and I don't know if that limitations is due to the next year budget or to the sponsor reputation.
Regarding the rider, I just want to know the mechanism behind his choice. What aspect of my team (the division, the sponsor reputation) make him to not have an interes in my team.

Does anyone know what are the factors that plays when you are accepted or not for a WT race ? The team strength, the country of the team, the sponsor reputation ? I have a team in Pro Conti Division and I would like to anticipate the invitations I will receive the next season.

If your team is strong, yes, there's a decent chance.
You have a good chance for the Vuelta. There's just 1 Spanish team(that gets the bonus) that can apply for a wildcard. So you could get it.
