Hey guys, this is the new thread I have been working on for awhile, and I am finally launching it! Many of you know that I am a big gamer on the PlayStation, and each game has trophies you earn to see just how good you really are. I will be showcasing all of my trophies, opinions, and stats on games all in this thread! Fell free to ask me any questions about ANY of the games you see in my trophy list.

@SS2J - 1) I do it all on my own
2) Its not really showing off rather than a place to express opinions on games and give advice on how to beat certain games. I am not trying to say I am superior to everyone.

Trophies and achievements... probably the worst advancement of the last generation. Them or the proliferation of multiplayer over singleplayer focus or the rapid growth of AAA franchises...
Anyway i've only every hunted three achievements on my 360. Project Gotham Racing 4 (great racer btw) because they were hidden! Each one was marked ??? until you got it, and for me it generated this sense of discovery. It encouraged me to play the game more and in more inventive ways than before. In the end they were awesome achievements (1 was dive 88mph in the Delorian when lightning flashes, 2 was stop outside the MGM in an Aston Martin, 3 i don't remember...).
Yes i gain achievements but never do i play a game for them. My gamerscore is mocked by my friends but none of them seem to enjoy the games as much, or replay them as much either. I've wasted literally hundreds of hours on F1 2012 and have about 6-10 of the achievements for it.
Trophies (which are a cheap knock off of Achievements, but not starting a debate about that) and Achievements i do understand to an extent why people chase them down. But when you do that to the detriment of your enjoyment of the game, that is wrong. And when people start judging you as a gamer based upon your score, fuck em!

I agree with TMM here. I've had my PS3 for nearly 6 years now and I have 1 platinum trophy in Burnout Paradise, which was the first game I got and played it pretty much every day for months. Which is why I got all the trophies.
Small point. How can anyone have no trophies for The Last of Us?? It's the best game ever and you get a trophy just for completing it, even on easy. I've played it all the way through 6 times, I enjoyed it that much!

@valv - I don't really know how that happened....
@TheManx - You do realize that Achievements & Trophies started at the same time, and they are the exact same for every game.. don't get how one can be superior.
@brewers - I have a platinum in Burnout Paradise it is a good game. The Last of Us has a small trophy list and all of them require you to play at least 75% of the game, and I only played 35% of it. It got boring for me.
