So, on my career I only receive on a "13th" mount, right ? So, if my account gets negative, how I extend contracts or contract new players ?

Well, you could've used the other thread(or even rename the other thread Pfft)
But when you are in red, you cannot extend & sign riders(only for 2000)
But good news, if your sponsor is happy at the end of the season, your budget will be highered up next year.
If you are really in trouble, you can always higher up your balance with Lachi's Editor(Gam_config)

No, just sign youth riders from the U23 riders, you can get some 76~ stat riders in there! and they develop, then you sell, repeat, until you get new sponsor and can afford to keep them.

Still decent at a low level, for pro conti even. You just need to sack people and replace with talents, slowly whittle away the budget, only renew contracts for less or the same, this way you get a decent squad, and can build it up later, ideally cheaply, give talents 5 years or so, then off they pop. Or just cheat and look in young riders in the editor then sign the best ones.
