why I don't receive money prizes of my wins on my career ?

Yes.
Cyanide did it on purpose.
You have to negotiate sponsor goals now to get more money. Plus you get paid a 13th month Wink

Click on their names, and go to the third tab(contract or so) and click on offer a contract(or so, I don't know the right name).
You can also right-click on their name Wink
You can only do this after 1 July and if their contract expires and not hsving renewed/signed with someone else.
