Over 600 000 wages budget

I have started a career with OPQS (Daily DB), but my wages budget is 645 000 and because of that I can offer only 2000 salary to any rider with ending contract (in fact, half of my team). How am I supposed to manage my team?

I know about the edit possibility, I knew before about this "feature", but I didn't knew that OPQS is harmed by it from the very beginning. It seems without editing I won't be able to extend any contracts before July, which seems really stupid. To keep the wages balanced I may just edit contracts of riders who I want to keep by one more year, then by leaving those not needed, I'll be able to reduce my wage budget.

Well, all those cobblers are a bit overpayed, you could do with 2 or 3 cobblers less next season anyway Wink

If I will not edit anything now, but wait until 1st July, will the wages budget be calculated for the next season (without the ending contract) then and I will get some spare wages?

Hmm, I guess yes.
But the contracts you have to offer are again full-priced, so f.e 110000 for Boonen instead of 70000(f.e, if you'd lower it)
