I don't know for sure, so that's just a guess: I think it stands for the programm a rider has for the year, or even what kind of rider he is. Basically, how important races are for the rider. So it could mean that it's the training schedule or the fitness schedule and of course the likelihood of race participation. Ardennaises stands for the Ardennes classics (L-B-L, Fleche, Amstel), and Flandriennes for cobblestoneraces. So Tom Boonen will have higher values at flandriennes than at ardennaisses, while Gilbert has ardennaises the highest. Tour obviously means that the rider concentrates on Grand Tours (or maybe even the Tour de France?) and sprint, well he's a sprinter.
No idea about cyclist_future though.
by the way: I also have a question. There's the fame/popularity rank of cyclist (not sure about the exact wording), and then there's a one with fame/popularity max. Can this max-value change, for example when a rider wins TdF his popularity should increase drastically, or is this a fix value, like certain riders can't get anymore popular than 60, even if they start to win everything?

cyclist_future, i think denotes the status, as in "Happy to resign, wants to sign a new contract, etc." Not 100% positive though.
@Shonak: And rank_f_..... is a numerical value, I think you might have fkIDtype_rider mixed with orientation.

Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!
Yeah, I'm aware of that, but giving it different values would grant riders different race plans in theory. A sprinter having values at fland and sprint e.g. trains for G-W (Sagan, EBH I suppose), a sprinter with Tour and Sprint goes for flat stages and the points jerseys (Kittel, Cav). Just like the column says: It's a orientation for the race/training schedule. If a rider increases his CBS stats, the value of flanders races increases. At least that's how I'd explain it, without having an actual idea about it of course.

Thx, very helpful.. And with the popularity/popmax i think the max automaticly rise. some riders have etc. 1,7 and max 2.0 !! so i guess it must rise...
I have another question
In the peleton there always a leader or a rider with more "XP" like Voigt, O'grady.. Older riders with alot of respect.. is there a way to see this ?? Maybe the "charac_i_charisme or the Professional where all riders have "2"

impatient_de_partier ? Impatient to leave
Veut_resigner? Wants to resign
Ne_veut_pas_resigner ? Doesn't want to resign
Satifiiet_de_rester ? Satisfied to stay
Doute? - doubt...
Sans_equipe ? No team for next season
A_trouve_in_contract? Looks for a new contract
N_est_pas_renouvele Not yet renewed
For rider popularity isn't popularity_max the highest popularity value that rider has ever reached before? So when his popularity rises above current max, popularity_max is changed too?
