How does online work?

Amateur Posts: 1 Joined: 04-11-2013 PCM$: 200.00	I am very confused at how the online works in this game, whenever I am on there is never a race for me to do. WHen you join a tour and it fills up does everybody have to be on at the same time to do the race or what? I have been playing about a week now and havent had a single chance to do a ranked race I thought the online on this game would be really fun...
