Editing game difficulty

Hello,
It's been getting a bit easy to win on hard difficulty lately, so I thought I would up the difficulty. I wanted to use the editor to make extreme be in between hard and the original extreme.
I'm running the PCM giro database, I went into the STA_racedifficulty table with Lachi's editor, and there isn't anything in there. This applies for my career database, and the original database.
Is there a problem, because I've but the game on extreme difficulty, and it doesn't feel and different to hard.

You should look it up in the local.cdb. Don't know where exactly though
