DYN_Manager: gone in PCM13. For editing balance, GAM_Career_Data is used
DYN_Contract: I believe DYN_Contract_Cyclist

I trying to change the salary of my riders. but can not DYN_contract anywhere in the editor or in game. do i need to download it or is it in the game and where is it? Smile

You should download another editor, like Lachi's editor or the Fast Editor. You will find them there if you open your savegame
