Decided to move this from the GCD, now that I'm having problems with my multiple installations.
So, as said above, going on advice from some others I decided to try a multiple installation with the Daily DB coming. Having downloaded the game, I found the download manager and installed the game again, in a different location. I backed up my save games from my old installation so they won't be lost, but I also need the FCD files to play them.
Now though, having completed the Installation, I've gone back to start up my original game from my desktop shortcut, and it starts up the newly installed game, not the older one.
I then went to start up the old game from its folder, only to find that this also starts up the newly installed game, despite being in the game folder that has the FCD installed. I'm now pretty short on ideas on what's gone wrong.
If anyone knows what I've done wrong and how to fix, help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Uhm... You should have two PCM folders. Each will have a pcm.exe. This will launch the game with the files in the same folder as that pcm.exe.
Thanks I tried that but must have done it wrong... shows happens when I try to do computer stuff, completely hopeless :L

Are both PCM's on the same hard drive?
If so, try install it on another hard drive.
But like CrueTrue said, both PCM's have their own execute that should launch the game and files that are present in that very folder!

This is how you do it:
1. Uninstall the game
2. Install the game
3. Install the patch
4. Find the pcm folder in C:\program files\
5. Write down the exact name of that folder
6. Make a copy of the that folder. Name it GCD
7. Repeat step 6 but this time name the folder "Backup"
8. Install the FCD package into the pcm folder (see step 4)
9. Rename the pcm folder to FCD
10. Rename the GCD folder to the orignal name (see step 5)
11. Install the GCD package into that folder
Now if you want to play FCD, rename that folder to the original name (see step 5)
And if you want to play GCD, rename that folder to the original name instead.
