Hi guys,
UCI is having a jersey design contest for Women Road World Cup!
They need 3 jerseys for next year.

I know that there are a lot of guys here who can make really nice jerseys, so I wanted to share this opportunity with you guys.

Cool! Would be nice to see some jerseys made. I think i will actually try some myself 
But ehm.. There's one thing i don't understand. They want it for the world championships right? Best young rider i understand, but best sprinter/climber? Are there going to be multiple races for women or something? One flat and one mountain?
Edit: I think i understand  They want them for the classification throughout the whole season
Maybe best climber = most climbing points or so, sprinter is most sprintpoints

UCI will introduce 3 new classifications next year:
Best Climber
Best Sprinter
Best Young Rider
I think (I'm not 100% sure) it's a ranking for the whole season not just per race.
So let's say it's July, and Longo Borghini has gathered the most sprinter points until then, she will be wearing the Sprinters jersey until someone else gets more points than her.

Here's a small summary of the rules (recommended to read them yourselfs)
Eligibility
The Contest is not open to people under 18 years of age. Employees of UCI, its
affiliates, subsidiaries and their immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and/or others living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate.
Jerseys Design Project
The jerseys design project must be original to the entrant and must not infringe any third party proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, personal or moral rights or any other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligations, or otherwise violate applicable laws.
No prominent trademarks, logos, company names or advertising of third parties are allowed unless expressly permitted by UCI, but may be added at the discretion of the UCI.
How to enter
By entering this contest and agreeing to these Official
Rules, each entrant represents and warrants that he or she is the person listed on the entry form.
Creative challenge
From the 15th of October (12:00) to the 1st of December (23:59) 2013 all eligible entrants will be encouraged to submit one or more designs (limited to one design per candidate per category). Make sure to include the minimum advertizing space as per UCI regulations:
A: on the front: in a rectangle of maximum 30 cm wide and 10 cm high
B: on the back: in a rectangle of maximum 30 cm wide and 10 cm high
Elimination and disqualification
Any false information provided by any entrant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, or ownership of rights, or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in the immediate elimination of the entrant from the contest.
Judging criteria
The jerseys will be judged based on the following criteria:
- Visual appeal
- The connection with what they represent
- How the four (4) designs fit together
Prizes
Each category Winner will receive the following:
Winner of the Sprinter Jersey’s design : World Cup Event invitation (one round trip ticket – air or rail -, 3 hotel nights, race, “your” jersey signed by the winner)
Winner of the Best Young Rider Jersey’s design : World Cup Event invitation (one round trip ticket – air or rail -, 3 hotel nights, race, “your” jersey signed by the winner)
Winner of the Queen of the Mountain Jersey’s design : World Cup Event invitation (one round trip
ticket – air or rail -, 3 hotel nights, race, “your” jersey signed by the winner)
Winner of the Overall Leader Jersey’s design: World Cup Event invitation (one round trip ticket – air or rail -, 3 hotel nights, race, “your” jersey signed by the winner)
UCI reserves the right to substitute any prize or variations of any part of a prize of approximately equivalent value in its sole discretion. In the event that any Winner chooses to decline a part of a prize with UCI’s consent, said portion of the prize will be deemed void and no substitution will be
given.
Privacy
By submitting an entry and agreeing with the Official rules and regulations, all entrants acknowledge and agree that the personal information that they have provided will be maintained on the UCI’s server and/or the server of those responsible for maintaining the receiving website and/or
administering this Contest.
Additional rules
The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable laws of Switzerland which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein.
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the UCI. UCI reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or Winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.
Transfer/grant of rights to UCI
By submitting any entry, entrants thereby agree to transfer all rights of ownership/property to the
UCI.

I just think that, in the odd chance I win, that the only person legible for the prize would be my dad  He'll be the one that gets the chance to go to the World Cup event, not me. Hopefully he'll take me with
