Using a custom jersey

Hi, im planning to make a career as a reborn acqua e sapone, does anyone know how to replace the existing custom career jerseys with a homemade one? I knew how to do it in pcm 2012 but itseems to have changed. Thanks alot |

You can replace them by using an editor ( f.e. Lachi's editor).
1. Extract the DB you're using
2. Go to DYN_sponsor
3. Look for one that you don't need anymore.
4. Change the name, country, etc. to want you want
5. Pay attention to the abbreviaton you use.
6. When you're ready, choose ' export .cdb'.
7. Right now, rename all the files you have so the name begins
with the abbreviation you've seen in the editor
( f.e. 0211_maillot, 0211_maillot_ita, etc.), and place all the files in the corresponding folder (f.e 3D/Cyclist/Cloth/Team/0211)
8. Do the same for the minimaillot ( gui/team_shirt) and the logo ( gui/team/logo)
9. If you go to the custom career screen after doing this, the jersey you deleted by using the editor should be gone and replaced by yours

Ok, the shirt is fine, but i took a mini shirt off google images and i cant get it too show up...any ideas? Ive looked through some guides but none really answer it. Cheers |

Can you show me the image? Maybe it's just a matter of resizing.
If that's not it, send me the jersey you're using and I'll make a mini shirt for you.

Well here https://pcmfrance....&t=959 you can already download the minishirt. Just save it as a 32 bit TGA and place it in Gui/team_shirt and rename it to xxx_minimaillot.tga (xxx should be replaced by whatever abbrevation you use for your team)
The logo should be resized to 128 x 64 and be saved as a 32 bit TGA as well.
Place it in Gui/team/logo and rename it to xxx.tga (xxx being the abbrevation you use for the team)
You can use Photoshop or Paint.NET to resize images and save them as TGA. (make sure to select 32 bit TGA  )

A new team, but i could replace a custom pcm sponsor with these shirts as well...and then pick the team over custom career, instead of creating a custom databse with this new team |

Yeah that should be possible, give it a try!
If that doesn't work, just add a custom team to the database

Yeah, if you use the in game option you'd want to change the files in cXX and maybe add some nc's.

Ok, well everything has gone well, except for the fact my riders after for some completely unknown reason wearing ag2r shirts...
Hmmm...i saved the shirt templates as tga and png but it doesnt seem to work...
What do you save a normal custom shirt as? Tga 32 bit, or png (what bit)?

Jerseys have to be PNG.
Where did you save your shirt exactly?
