WELCOME TO THE HQ OF EPIC TEAM  ACCENT JOBS
A new start for Accent Jobs
After months of planning and negotiations, the new manager of the team is the young Radu Brezoianu from Romania. Despite his age (30), he provided a good long term plan centered on a main objective : promoting the team to World Tour Division within 3 years.
I have to admit, it is not at all an easy job. We have to recruit riders as soon as possible and trying to cover our weak points. The first year will be entirely dedicated to team building, while in the second year we will start the race after points. Brezoianu said.
For now, the main objective of the team for this season is still a mystery, as well as the recruits, but according to Brezoianu, the things will be clearer within days.

After a long reunion, the DS of Accent Jobs announced the goals for the first part of the calendar :
Easy : TOP 15 GC Driedaagse De Panne - Koksijde [26–28 March]
Medium : TOP 15 Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne [24 February]
Hard : Stage win Volta ao Algarve [14–17 February]
We have a small team with a lot of uncovered specializations, so we had to adjust the goals. The first part of the calendar will be more like a warm up in order to set the main roles in the team. Radu Brezoianu declared.

Top 10 in Wevelgen is more like an impossible goal  . But you never know, if all the other riders fall  .

The first signings
Accent Jobs is delightful to announce the first 2 signings of this season : the young Finnish Mika Kurri, a hockey fan who surely loves the low temperatures, and the young Costa Rican Zoltan Horvath Ruiz Gonzalez, a declared fan of Amador.
Radu Brezianu, the DS of the team declared :
Our scouts founds two very promising riders, both of them are 18 years old, from two different schools of cycling, but with a lot of resemblances. We saw a great potential in both of them and we hope that they will integrate well in our team.
Mika is very good on flat roads and I know that he will try to join the breakaways. He has the 6th sense for discovering the winning breakaway. He saw the first part of the calendar and he’s very enthusiast about that. You will see him a lot these days.
Zoltan prefer the hilly roads, and I am sure that he will be part in several breakaways on difficult stages. I think that an eventual wild card on Giro will be a good news for him and we will try to offer him this opportunity.

Hi everyone, my name is Mika Kurri. I will be riding for Accent Jobs next year. I look forward to my first year as a pro cyclist, and you should see me in the breakaway a lot. I can't sprint to save my life, so that is why I'm such an attacker. When I'm not in the break I will do anything no help my teammates win.

The third rider to join Accent Jobs
Radu Brezoianu made an declaration this morning to announce the signing of Nattrapon Miles, a British young rider.
We are happy that we found an agreement with Nattrapon and he will join our team as soon as possible. As I speak he is on the plane, coming to Belgium and he will begin the training sessions next week. Nattrapon is a rider without weak points, he had a good development and he will have the chance to work at a pro level with a high qualified staff. We are sure that he will become one of the most important riders of our team during the coming seasons.

Привет, меня зовут Ylvo. Сегодня я рад присоединиться Accent Jobs. После трудное время я в конце концов получил три предложения, но это было здесь, что я решил приехать в.
Да Accent Jobs не лучшая команда, но новая мотивация управления и новых приобретений, действительно делают этот интересный проект, чтобы наблюдать.
В этом сезоне я получу шанс, в основном в ТТ. На данный момент я просто надеюсь, что поставить в некоторых достойных аттракционов и расти в качестве гонщика. Позднее в этом году я могу начать думать о реальных больших результатов.
В этом сезоне будет тяжело, особенно с языковыми трудностями. Но я чувствую, Accent Jobs может дать все необходимую мне помощь, и я не могу ждать, чтобы начать тренировки с командой.
