Team failing.

Small Tour Specialist Posts: 2730 Joined: 18-08-2013 PCM$: 200.00	I have attempted a team management switch during my career mid season. I have followed the tip but there is. Problem. Whenever I click on squad it crashes. Every time. I have tried advancing the date but it doesn't help. Every rider is custom made, halfway through as well, as is the team, Any ideas what is wrong and how I can fix it?
