Team failing.

I have attempted a team management switch during my career mid season. I have followed the tip but there is. Problem.
Whenever I click on squad it crashes. Every time. I have tried advancing the date but it doesn't help.
Every rider is custom made, halfway through as well, as is the team,
Any ideas what is wrong and how I can fix it?

Hmm, you shouldn't switch team mid-season, only at the end of the season...
