Yes I know selwink. I'll specify tomorrow cause it's pretty late right now. But if someone could send me a PM on how to do the race planning that would be fantastic.
I'm not quite sure what else to put in my HQ either. I really need a co manager. Haha

Ollfardh explained how everything worked in the general thread. Basically, you get 62 race days per rider per season. You now send your planning for part 1. Just in the format per race:
For example
Tour of Qatar:
1. D. Van Poppel
2. B. van Boppel
3. K. Boeckmans
4. B. Leukemans
5. W. Mol
6. B. Markus
7. L. Westra
8. T. de Gendt
After you've done that for all your races, you place the number of race days per rider.
All that has to be sent to Ollfardh in one big PM.

You can start with the goals, check other teams HQs if you want to see some examples.
For your startlists, I have already set teams for you until Langkawi. So I'll need startlists from Kuurne/Almeria till Volta Limburg classic.
From the races before, you have 2 options: use them and work them in the list or ignore those and I'll just reduce your raceday total

Team Update
After stage 2 of the 3 Daages De Panne Juan Antonia Flecha is 7th overall. We are expecting top 10 from him and maybe even a top 5 if we are lucky.
