I can't seem to find any rankings before the year of 1995 and as far as I know www,CyclingRanking.com is inaccurate.

Anybody who knows how to find the official rankings for the time period of 1990-1994?

An accurate FICP/UCI ranking of rider of all time would also be much appreciated!!
