If i want to replace some of the u-23 races, with some of the real stages from fx pro tour races, is it just a matter of copy and pasting the name og good to go or is that not the right way to do it?

thanks in advance

Dennis

If you copy and paste then change the name to have the right header.
Then you must make a race and stage section for that race in an editor.

to make sure dont misundertsand, so i can basically just copy at stage variant, lets say i want the 3 stage of the trentino stage race and change its name to correlate with the u-stages name and paste the newly named file in and im good to go? Wink

I think so, I can't really understand you though... But yeah, if it's all named right I see no problems.

i can se why, it is not worded well. I´d like to swap a couple of u-23 stages, with stages already within the game. Replacing a stage in the pro tour races is easy, im just not sure if its the same, when it comes to u-23 races, as the the type of file, isnt the same

the u-23 races are CDX when it comes to file type, while races in the pro tour are in pairs and are CDS and ZCES.

Well, you can delete the .cdx, make a copy of the stage files(.cds and .zces) you want it to replace with and then rename them to the .cdx file you deleted. (.cdx replaces both files at a time)
