Can´t add national championship

I can´t add national championhip. I do everything: make a race, make a stage, put the files (cds. , zces) to documents/Pro cycling Manager/Mod/Stage)
and that doesn't work. ( I've tried give it to CM Stages ). But that is same.
The game crashes or i have only Australian in the teams. ( I tried make a Slovakia Championship.)

Is it edited in with an editor?
If so is it named correctly, using Nat- or natitt- and classified as a national champs in UCI class.

I does all but i need tutorial how make a national championship.
