How to change stage in race to my created stage?

In PCM 12 i enjoyed making my own races and rather than creating my own race i just changed it in the database so my stage was used rather than the usual one. I am now wanting to do the same thing and have created my stage but i can't find the pcm 13 files through 'My Computer' and the files in 'CM_STAGES' in 'My Documents' don't show all the stages in the game.

Where can i find all of the stages so i can use my stage in a race rather than the original?

CM_stages definitely shows every stage in the game.

The files should be in Computer\C:\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager Season 2013\CM_Stages

I've found it, i had to get to it through steam
