Crashes when you press load game

Hello I have another problem with PCM13 I load the game up and when I press Load Game it crashes. Then a Cyanide issue report comes up. I broke because I downloaded a file for PCM12 and put it on 13. HELP MUCH APPRICIATED! If someone can get it to load the last saved game without a problem.

Jesleyh RealnameDB (probably nothing to with that but you might need it)
Happened about 4 months ago (only just created an account)

Well, you have to remove the downloaded file for sure
What file for PCM 12 did you download, actually?
A .cdb?
If so, you have to go to My docs/PCM 2013/Users/*Your name*/Database/Solo, and remove the map of the PCM 12 DB.
And from Mod/Database(also in my docs), you have to remove the PCM 12 .cdb.

I´ve this kind of problem too... i installed pcm13 again and patch 1.0.4.0 and then V1 V2 and all the rest from FCD ( everything in their respectiv places) and start pcm with new career.. everytghing goes well, i can go throught days but if i quit pcm, load the save and try to go to next day it crashes.. happens with all new career i start.. the window that appears with the crash says something from patch 1.0.4.0.
Can anyone help here? thanks in advance.

In the last couple of days i´ve already installed the game 3 times... updated with 1040 patch then installed V1(daily download section), then V2, V2.54 and Variants.. i can start a career and advance the days, i quit the game and load the save.. all ok.. but if i want to advance to next day it crashes.. every new savegame is the same.. i played one stage( conti team) and every frame had only the team colors... no brands on it.. the V1 from download section says V1parts 1-3 and V1.21 but when i extract it i don´t see any V1.0 there.. this might be the cause from my crashes in career mode.. anyone can help or upload the V1 only? thank you and don´t be shy to answer

I think you still have a FKid_firststage or FKID_laststage not selected. Just enter Dyn_race and edit the table of the race without one of those.
I believe it could be either Course Solidarnosc or GP Industria. When you fix that in your original .cdb, it should work for careers, without having to do much.
Also, the brands not being on the bikes is just something the FCD didn't finish yet, everyone has it

About the frames, it´s better not to start a career then ? wwhen update comes out might have to start again right?

Well, i can´t find any DYN race... only STA race.. and there isn´t any blank space on both races... 
If someone could upload the fixed DB would be great.. i wish to play with fcd_2013_v2.54_champions_2013.cdb if thats relevant..

Under STA_race, the fkID_firststage and fkID_laststage must be the same 3-digit suffix.(For TdF=025, Giro=002, etc.)

Ingame, the race wich has "none" in calender instead datum is GP Artigianato... or something... in editor it is 1178 ID and it seems all correct but if i start a new career and look in calender it is "none" ... i´m looking with editor the fcd_2013_V2.54DB, this is the one wich i wanna play, so this is the one i must look right? or i need to look other db instead..

I´ve edited all DB versions where this was missing, overwrited all db and ingame is still none on datum...
Must i edit local too or something?.. i can´t open local with editor..
