who can add my local.cdb with the excel editor ?

i have edit something in german_sz but my changes are no work in career.

For example -> Cya-Top-Tour -> UCI World Tour

I am not sure what you are asking but your local.cdb is of no use for us.
If it contains your changes then make sure to put it into the correct folder.
If it contains no changes, we cannot help you as we don't know what you want to change.

If you need help, please explain where you struggled.
