I have PCM 12.
Is it worth buying PCM 13? Is it a good game?

I just bought it on Steam.
Let's hope the new patch is comming sooner, rather than later.

If you like continental teams, you can download the FCD+ variant packs + updates 2.0 and 2.2

I don't think my knowlege in cycling includes continental teams. With exception of Europcar and other regular TdF teams

I was speaking more in terms of playing with smaller teams from countries like China, Indonesia, Algeria, Iran etc.

Ah! I highly doutbt that I will play with those teams. I'm sticking with the Pro teams.

Well, the FDB can be used, I think the Daily RNDB hasn't added many teams as well, so I can recommend one of those two then
