I thought it would be nice to have a thread dedicated to riders who are good to sign in careers and tend to develop well.
Obviously the best known riders don't make a great tip so ideally post unsung heroes.
Pictures, and additional info would be welcome
This is for novices, newbies, serious players and everything in between! |

Well, opening the DB and sorting on potential helps
But well, not everyone does that I think. But well, I always edit .cdb's I play with, including potentials, so I already know some
It depends quite a lot per DB, but it's okay.
There are for sure some bargains out there, with 2000 wages, but able to get stars.

I know you can just sort by potential
But I also want to know who you've had good careers with, the ones you like not just stats and DBs.
For example I loved control TJ Van Garderen. I signed for my Rabobank career (my favourite 2012 team, now Belkin ) and won all three fgiro classifications despite not having 80 mt.
So not so good stats but good fun (I didn't even win it in the TT!!) |

Ricardo Vilela.
He's not near great, but he always scores on some amazing breaks. Very often it's down to the line to see if he is caught or not. Plus, fantastic going downhill.

Lawson Craddock
Not overly talented, but very young and has a nice combination for those stage races with not too big climbs and some TT.
EDIT: Craddock is 2 stages away to winning Tour of Qinghai Lake after a fabulous TT.
Problem is, only 7 seconds since the TT, but he has been holding strong and not needing to work too hard.
And I keep remembering "It's not a second, 7 seconds away..."

Well, he´s a talented stage racer (depending on database), only 18 years old and from Germany |
