TT'ers - How do you use them?

Hi,

I've been playing PCM for a few years not, but I never knew exactly what to do with them.
I now have 2 of them. One is Jack Bobridge, not the best but a solid flat worker and/or leadout train man, and that is mostly his role. I also have Michael Hepburn, a better rider that I hired to work, but now feel a bit sad that I don't give him much room. I mostly have always used TT's as workers and the odd stage race TT, but that is about it. And both of these don't even have side skills to do anything else (other TT'ers have HL, COB, even SP).

So, any ideas? Any suggestion of a calendar for (at least) Hep?
