Hi,

i want to add Tour of Brunei to FCD Database but idon´t now the state code in PCM Lachi Editor ?

I believe it doesn't exist.
You have to add the country for that. I'm sure there are a few topics on the forum with a guide how to add a country, so just use forum search.

Or easier, just give it Indonesian/Malaysian nationality, if that's ok for you.
