visual settings too high

Last week took my pc to friend with superscreen.
Put all visual parameters to highest.
Forgot to reset.
Now at home i can't open the game coz the visual settings are too high.
I can only change the settings in-game.
Is there another solution to change the settings

There is an option file where the settings are saved in.
The file should be somewhere in my documents\pcm13\
The file name is graphicoptions.xml or options.xml or so.
