Onto Stage 3, and another flat stage with some bumps along the way.
No attacks at all, until the first climb. Aaron Gate picked up some points yesterday, and is now gunning for the jersey today - he takes first unopposed.
At the intermediate sprint, usually the realm of Guillen, Peeters took the win this time!
Gate took the win on both remaining climbs, to take the lead of the King of the Mountains competition.
Murray continued a good day for Cadbury by winning the next intermediate sprint. Florencio took 2nd, Jorgensen was 3rd - Peeters and Guillen both tried, but both miss out.
33km to go, and finally an attack! Oddly, it is Nardin. Waiting for the sprint could have worked for him, but he isn't going to wait.
Sauber take to the peloton in an attempt to teach the peloton how to chase.
But they can't do it. Nardin's lead holds at around 40 seconds until 8km to go, when Adira took over the chase and started to reduce it. Meanwhile sprinters Guillen, Peeters and Van Loocke have all been dropped.
But Sauber reclaimed the front, and Nardin remained clear as the sprint began - with Florencio charging forward amongst the Sauber and Adira riders.
At 1km to go, Nardin is caught. Can he respond? Silvestre is onto his back wheel
Nardin now fades, but Silvestre can't hold the lead either as Siskevicius makes his move. Koretzky is also going fast.
Lithuania vs France for victory, and it falls for
Clement Koretzky!
Siskevicius takes 2nd place, and that is Ziesler in 3rd. Stevensson and Ortega also make the Top 5.
Peeters and Guillen are lucky with time gaps and are awarded the same time, thus keeping 2nd and 3rd overall. With the first hill stage tomorrow though, that will not last.
