How to rename CYA World Tour in UCI World Tour?

Basically you have to edit the text in the local.cdb, sorry but I cannot remember more details. |

local.cdb -> edit every cya-entry in localized_string and formatted_string (or sth similar)... can't remember exactly as well. |

In localized string and formated string I changed every word from CYA to UCI
When I re-open the file evrything is named UCI but in the game there's still CYA World Tour... |
