Who do I take?

Hi, I started a new career a few days ago with team La pomme-Marseille in the Continental division. I've just got to the 1st of July and I want to take a rider who can win stage races like the Giro, Tour, Paris-nice, etc...
I made an accurate research with this filter:
Mountain: more than 74
Time Trial: more than 69
Salary: less than 21000 (because I can't afford to pay them too much)
Age: less than 30
Contract: Ending this year (2012)
And I found the following riders:
J .Fogsand (Fuglsang), age 27, MO 76, HILL 74, TT 72, salary 15000
J. Coppel, age 25, MO 75, HILL 75,TT 75, salary 18000
R. Porte, age 27, MO 75, HILL 75, TT 77, salary 16000
Who should I take? Who is going to be the the strongest?
Thanks everybody

Maybe you could've posted this in the General Career Discussion topic for PCM 12, it's not worth a own topic.
But take Porte. Unless you think Coppel has a lot of potential.

Depends on the way you want to develop your career. If you just want to randomly assemble strong riders, Porte is the way to go, but if you want to keep your team realistic with a focus on only a few regions, Coppel seems a better fit for a French team.

You're right Cunego, didn't spot that he has a French team
Coppel is the right choice, then.

I'm sorry, I didn't know about the General Career Discussion because I don't use this forum a lot. Thank you for telling me next time I'll post it there. I was about to choose Fuglsang because of his mountain rating (76) and his salary, which is the lowest, but I think I'll go with Coppel now. Potential is the most important thing for me. Thanks for the replies

If I were you, I pick Fuglsang or Porte. Both has a lower salary and better stats, and talent.

This is the official release though, so Coppel has more talent being French. Think you'd better sign him
