I've played both Amstel Gold and Fleche Wallone over the last few days and both have caused my screen to go speckly. It dissapears once the computer is restarted but it happens even once the game has been quit. It has only recently started doing it (Since the middle of last week) and doesn't seem to do it on all stages. I played a stage of the Giro de Trentino and it was fine yet on Amstel Gold and Fleche it happened.
I don't understand your words and sentences. What for example is speckly?
Generally speaking a game cannot modify a graphics card but if your graphics card has issues, the game could trigger them.
If it randomly happens (if you can play Amstel or Fleche from time to time without having the problem) and if it also happens with other stages, then try to lower the graphical options in the game.
If only those two stages are causing it, then don't play them. Instead search for replacement stage files in the stage subforum.
Yeah, sorry for being a bit vauge. I mention the graphics card as I saw someone on the forums some time ago mentioning that playing the game had caused his graphics card to melt.
The screen was speckled (Odd pixels rather than whole blocks of them) with off colour pixels. EG. Grass appearing Blue and Red and the road being purple and green. I had screen shotted it but when I restarted the computer that was obviously lost.
I'll have to play a few more stages to see if its a more wide spread issue but I'm naturally a little concerned that it mayve damaging the computer in some way.
