Problems with scouting in Russia and Aus and signing a new riders!HELP!

How can I scouting in Russia and Australia?I can't click on this areas.I saw some pepople can see in Russia pictures of Cremyl (I don't know how to write Cremyl).I can't see pictuers in russian area.Can't click on russia and australia.What can I do to debug this problem?Maybe I must change something with hannes?
Tell me if you know and how I can sign a new riders?I play with Ceramica Panaria and I know with continental teams there is problem with signing.Can I change something with Hannes?Maybe any value in dyn_cyclist???Help me please! |

it depends what db you are using
change db and you may find that you can select them

Have you downloaded the latest patch? IF not, that may be what causes the problem... |

My database is original CYA database.I have not installed patches.I know installing patches debug the problem but I want to make changes with hannes,if I can. |
