Hi, I'm in july and am wondering how to sign new players that aren't renewing there contract with another team?

right click the rider, there should be an option for the contract.

if your question was where to find these riders, then use the search by appying a filter for the contract.

If when you start a season, you might want to look at your teams stats. Then as the season goes on, check the other teams for riders who will help your team and add a few to your shortlist. When the transfer part of the season starts...try to sign a rider or 2.

Easy way to locate contracts ending on your team as well as other teams.
Click on your team.
When you have the list of riders, in the top right...click the dropdown box.
You will see contract listed, click it.

Now it will show what riders on your team are not under contract after the season. On the left side top corner, you will see a box that is a drop down box. Click it, and you can just click to move to the next team. And again you can look at the riders who are on other teams that are not under contract for the next season.

I do this at the start, middle and right before transfer. I use the results of my current team at the 3 points of the season to decide who or what stat I need to upgrade.

Of course you can do it like that but it takes about 1000 times longer than using a filter in the search.

True, but seems he is new. And most newer players seem to get lost with the filter. No idea why.
