Hi there,

A few months ago I bought PCM 2013 and now i want to play online. If i choose for the multiplayer option it says player key is not found. How is this possible. On the inside of the gamebox I only got a sticker with the activation key on it.

Can somebody please help me?

Input the same key. They work the same. Smile

Yes, for some unknown reason the key has 2 or 3 functions. Yet, nobody explains it fully. When I downloaded PCM 11, it was my first time playing. I thought you download and enter the key and your ready to play.

Little did I know I needed it to setup my profile and for online. I emailed customer service and what do you know, they email a differnt code for profile and online. And with full instructions. So, now I copy down the keys and write it on a flash drive (and copy the original game to the drive), and put it in a safe spot. Then I save it in a word doc on my computers.

Because if you lose the key/s, you need your order # to get another. They use it to be sure it is a legal download that is paid for. So that may sound like alot of effort...but who always keeps the email with the key and order numer? My guess is 50%, so this way I know I always have it.
