How to add riders?Problem with adding!PLease Help.

My friend I want to add a new riders with names Jan Ullrich and Lans Armstrong.I opened dyn:cyclist,contract_cyclist,I made a changes with number of team,saved the columns and when tried to save database I saw this error message...
I opened and a dyn_cyclist_next_year,cyclist_career and add a new cyclist,added in dyn_cyclist value for change_cyclist i cyclist_nexyear but again could not save.PLease help me-explain how exactly I can to add a new rider.I'm reading only for changes with a name,team and added a new rider in contract_Cyclist with a team,contract year and etc.I did all this thing but can't save a new changes.I attached a pic please tell me how to add a new riders.Don't worry-when I add Lans I change Vino become Lans with mo 85, tt 82, REC,RES,STA,DH avobe 80!Jan will be mo 83,TT 81 and etc.

what are you using to add riders to the db?
what db are you adding to?
YORKSHIRE BORN, YORKSHIRE BRED...

If it's Hannes Convertor, adding new riders isn't possible is it?
