Is it possible to edit the database so you can have as many riders as you want in your team.

I say this as I always find that message saying I have 30 already in march because of how many young riders I sign.

It is not possible to modify the game. The limit is 30 no matter what you do.

But it would be possible to edit certain riders into your team directly.
This would allow you to have more then 30 riders in your team but the draw-back would be, that you cannot sign contracts in the game any longer (because of the 30 rider limit).

Thank you for your quick response, its a shame, but I expected that was the case.
