Lines beaming out of riders' helmets

Sometimes when zooming close in on riders these beams appear out of the riders' heads, sometimes only one rider sometimes a lot. The "beams" are all point at one particular spot in the horizon. Does anyone know about this?

It's a bug with certain colors. Rabobank especially has this issue. This occurs because the game is not completely modified for 64-bit OS.
