Eurotour english patch?

Neo-Pro Posts: 369 Joined: 08-07-2012 PCM$: 200.00	I downloaded Eurotour/Pc Ciclismo 2001 and the game seems awesome but I just cant find an english patch. Does anyone have it?

Grand Tour Champion Posts: 8360 Joined: 29-06-2007 PCM$: 200.00	As far as I know, it is only a text file called Strings.txt. I found a file but judging by its name it is not complete.
