Eurotour english patch?

I downloaded Eurotour/Pc Ciclismo 2001 and the game seems awesome but I just cant find an english patch. Does anyone have it?

As far as I know, it is only a text file called Strings.txt.

I found a file but judging by its name it is not complete.

just downloaded a db for eurotour and it had a translation but wasn't complete. but yeah google translate helped a little.
