How do you get a profile picture?
I want this picture but it won't work. (the picture didn't attach here either sorry!)

Are you sure that the type of picture (eg jpg, gif) is allowed? Probably same as with attaching, but not sure about that

I believe so, but perhaps you should try in jpg, see if that works better
