How can i edit the contract of rider in order that was happy.

For example: My rider will not stay with team, when i try renew the contact.
He´s end the contract in this year.

And what I want: I want that my rider stay with my team and to be happy.
To year 2017. (My career start in year 2015)

This has been discussed often before, try the forum search.

But I think the easiest solution is to wait until he left and then edit him back into your team.

But this is a feature of the game. I recommend that you look for a replacement instead. And If you really cannot accept riders leaving your team, then I recommend that you edit the contract before it runs out.
