Peleton Doesn't Chase Stage 1 Break in Career Mode

Free Agent Posts: 111 Joined: 07-01-2008 PCM$: 200.00	Sorry, if this has been reported/discussed, but I didn't see it when reviewing the Technical Issues threads. I'm playing a career and in stage 1 of Tour of California, a 3 man break away got away "in the early morning break" and the peleton never chased, the 3 finished 25 minutes ahead of the peleton. I had a man in the breakaway (fortunately). But, very strange, I launch another rider 15km from the finish and he too finished 2 minutes ahead of the peleton (with no chasing from the peleton). Its like the peleton didn't recognize that anyway was ahead of the group, they rode leisurely until the last ~5km and then mass sprint. Anyone else experienced this and/or is this a known issue?
