Vuelta 2013 GC predictions etc

I did read through the entire "other" Vuelta thread, my head almost exploded  I thought we needed this thread or is it too early ?
My predictions :
GC :
1. Nibali
2. Valverde
3. Carlos - new Iban Mayo - Betancour
4. Purito
5. Uran
6. Majka
7. Henao
8. Basso
9. Scarponi
10. Pozzovivo
K.O.M One of of 1-4 GC, they are all "winners" - going for the stages.
: I have hold up the right to make changes if line up should change.
Hope we are gonna see an awesome Vuelta like last year. The best man-o-mano race in years. If Nibali crushes both Valverde and Purito uphill, then its due to the TDF racing, imo. Nibali was never really a better climber than these too. He has definately evolved, but he is not as strong as it looked under the Giro. The Giro competition was mostly upcoming stars, no Froome, Contador, Valverde or Purito.
I hope for a bomb, and Betancour smashing  He was the guy closest to match Nibali in the Giro uphill.

@Pelizotti even if he didnt ride any of these GT's, I would not include him in top10. Him and DeGendt will never get my in my GC favourites - yes they are very good riders, but besides that Giro which was weird, they will not be decent in races where the top climbers are present.
@ Luis Leon, didnt you watch any races before this years TDF ?
He was impressive in many races this year, also in the Giro. Powerfull, explosive, and loves to attack |

I live in NZ. The only races i see on TV are the Tour of Australia and the Tour de France. |

The route includes far too many climbs that don't suit him and very few TT kilometers. He's better off racing ToB, where he has a chance of winning.

Wiggins will not ride and Betancur has sick in the last 2 weeks.Also after the Giro he didn't ride any race.
